Web Application Issues
Home Page Issues: (see image below)

Other Issues:
- Cover page should not be added into the page count charged to the client because it is free for the client to send. I am charged for the page by Etherfax and should be accounted for in the Etherfax costs on Admin page.
- "Total Cost" in upper right corner of home page not working- should equal the "Pay" page total.
Pay Page Issue: (see image below)
- "Extra cost due to Country Code" is calculated incorrectly. (Page number x per/pg cost add due to country code)
- "Total Cost" is rounded incorrectly
- "Total Cost" in upper right corner of home page should equal the "Pay" page total.
Other Issues:
- There should be email notifications after payment/successful fax transaction. One to me ([email protected]) and the other to the client's email. Client should receive both the Stripe charge receipt and a fax sent receipt.
