1.  Country Code:  Default to USA and Canada
  
2. The chosen country code should auto-populate in front of the Recipient Fax#.  The actual fax number will be entered manually.

3. 1st time user of the app will enter his email here.  This will auto-populate that email address from then on.  Default email can be changed in "Settings Screen"
